Elite Auto Lights warranties its products to be free from defects for 90 days. Any non-warranty return is subject to a 20% restocking fee. Some of those non-warranty items include but are not limited to the following:
1. Totaled car
2. Lost job
3. Decided to go with new light
4. No reason given for return
All returns must be authorized by an Elite Auto Lights Customer Service Representative. Due to carrier rules, Elite must be notified of any freight damage within 48 hours of delivery. Any headlights deemed to be unsatisfactory in quality may be returned to Elite for replacement. Returns must have original packaging and paperwork unless otherwise approved. Credit will not be issued on warranty lights that are replaced by any other vendor unless otherwise approved.
